We feature a variety of food, including vegetables grown at our family farm & lots of delicious dishes for all three meals. The Bar & nightly Live Music make it the perfect spot in town to go even afterdark! This quaint restaurant is in a historical brick building in the heart of Concord Center.

We are the 4th generation of The Anderson Family to serve food in Concord, MA. (5th generation to be found serving ice cream out back) to locals and travelers from this location over the past 100 years! L. Anderson and Sons known as Andersons Market was a grocery store and catering business for the first 3 generations. Back in the 1700's,(The Grist Mill) now Main Streets Cafe, was used for storing ammunition during the Revolutionary War.

Six years ago, we expanded our restaurant onto Main Street in Concord (Please check our hours at the top of this page!) Please come sit and enjoy all that we have to offer. We are trying to provide an old world atmosphere in this hectic world, even if it is just for a minute, so you may want to leave your cell phone and lap top in the car. Our original cafe located down our alley, that housed us since 2000, the first five years, is Now Serving: Burritos, Pizzas, Hotdogs, Sandwiches, Smoothies & Ice Cream TAKE-OUT , enjoy our bench seating in the alleyway or the tables on the enclosed deck.

Life is good! Main Streets is an old-world meeting place with brick walls and wood floors that will transport you back in time. It is a "Cheers" sort of atmosphere for the townspeople and a great find for all others.
